Youth Party Packages

PenMet Parks offers a wide variety of community spaces that are perfect for celebrating as a family. With our youth birthday party packages, you can easily plan your child’s next birthday party and secure a space that suits your needs. Rental options range from beautifully rustic yet modern spaces like Volunteer Vern Pavilion, Arletta Schoolhouse, and Rosedale Hall to quaint and covered outdoor picnic shelters.

Please note that youth party packages are limited to those aged 17 and under. For any spaces rented after normal hours of operation, an additional fee of $40 per hour per staff person will be incurred.

Party Rentals at the Recreation Center

The Recreation Center is our most popular location for youth party rentals! The Recreation Center combines the best of both worlds with the HOA Community Solutions, LLC Multi-Use Meeting Room for the party, plus your choice of either the Jarzynka Memorial Fieldhouse or one of the multi-use courts. With nets and balls provided, your child and their friends can play to their heart’s content and make special memories together.

Two-Hour Party Rentals at the Recreation Center include:

• Your choice of the fieldhouse or multi-use court for recreational activities
• Use of Multi-Use Meeting Room
  • Sink and Fridge
  • Included tables and chairs
  • Roll-up door to outdoor patio with covered tables and chairs – Seasonal

Capacity: 20 kids, 40 people maximum

Turf Fieldhouse Party Cost: In-District $280*, Out-of-District $336*

Multi-Use Court Party Cost: In-District $192*, Out-of-District $230*

*A refundable deposit of $75 will be added to all rentals

Neighborhood Greens Mini Golf – Seasonal

The Neighborhood Greens Mini Golf Course is another special place on the Recreation Center campus to host a memorable birthday party. Featuring a Pacific Northwest theme, this reimagined mini golf course provides an exciting space to play and celebrate together. With covered outdoor picnic tables, your guests can relax and unwind in between games. Please note that youth mini golf birthday parties are limited to 20 players with 30 guests.

Rentals at Neighborhood Greens Mini Golf include:

• Unlimited play of mini golf for up to 20 players
• Use of covered picnic tables
• Use of the tented patio area next to the course

Please note: The course will remain open to the public during business hours.

Capacity: 30 people maximum

Cost: In-District $250, Out-of-District $300
