Cancellation & Refunds

All program refunds are subject to an administrative fee, which is a direct result of charges PenMet Parks incurs by a third party. The administrative fee is $5 or 10% of the total cost, whichever is greater.

Refunds resulting in funds of $5 or less will automatically be issued as credits on your account to be utilized within 12 months.

Programs or events canceled or rescheduled by PenMet Parks will not be subject to administrative fees. All refund dates are based upon the day before the beginning of the activity.

Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Full refunds are issued with notice of eight or more days ahead of the activities’ start date.
  • 50% refunds are issued when there are between four and seven days before the first date of the activity.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests received 3 days or less ahead of the activity.
