Cancellation & Refunds

All program refunds are subject to an administrative fee, which is a direct result of charges PenMet Parks incurs by a third party. The administrative fee is $5 or 10% of the total cost, whichever is greater.

Refunds resulting in funds of $5 or less will automatically be issued as credits on your account to be utilized within 12 months.

Programs or events canceled or rescheduled by PenMet Parks will not be subject to administrative fees. All refund dates are based upon the day before the beginning of the activity.

Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Full refunds are issued with notice of more than seven days in advance to the start date of the program or event. For example, if your $75 class begins on Saturday, June 15, you must request a refund in writing by the end of the day on Friday, June 7 to receive a full refund, less the administrative fee, which would result in a refund of $67.50.
  • 50% refunds are issued when there are between two and seven days’ notice before the day before the start date of the program or event. For example, if your $25 class begins on Saturday, June 15, you must request a refund in writing by the end of the day between Saturday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 11 to receive a 50% refund, less the administrative fee, which would result in a refund of $10 (the $25 class fee minus the $5 administrative fee equals $20 and 50% results in a $10 refund).
  • No refunds will be issued for requests received less than 48 hours prior to the day prior to the start of the program or event. For example, for a class starting on Saturday, June 15, any request made on or after June 12 is non-refundable.
