PenMet Parks is seeking bids for a public works project for landscape improvements at the District Headquarters and Minigolf course located at 2416 14th Avenue, NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, restoration of the minigolf course including installation of owner provided theme features, landscaping including plantings and irrigation, new fencing, lighting improvements, electrical, water feature improvements and renovations.
