Facility Description
Renovated in 2022, the Arletta Schoolhouse is the perfect venue for meetings and gatherings! With a capacity of 75 people, this space is ideal for a wide range of events, from birthday parties and family reunions to a picturesque backdrop for beautiful small weddings.
Located within Hales Pass Park, our refurbished facility features updated floors and brand-new bathrooms. Our amenities also include an industrial refrigerator and exterior lighting for added convenience.
We’ve made sure that the Arletta Schoolhouse is accessible to everyone, with ADA parking and building access. Additionally, the large covered Event Shelter is available for rent in conjunction with Schoolhouse reservations or as a separate rental option. Additionally, we include tables and chairs in the rental fee, so you can focus on enjoying your event without worrying about the logistics.

A refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost will be added to all rentals
