Making Special Reservations
When planning your event, it is very important to contact the Parks Facilities Manager as early as possible to receive the most current information on the park or facility of your choice.
Our parks and facilities are available on a first come, first served basis. A large organizational function or special event at our parks will require a Special Use Permit in addition to a reservation application.
If you wish to be guaranteed a picnic site during the summer season, you may want to make a reservation at least two weeks in advance.
Fees & Payments
Payment may be made by cash, charge, check or money order. Make checks payable to PenMet Parks. We accept all major credit cards.
Your reservation is not finalized until a permit is issued by PenMet Parks Facilities Manager.
The sooner you call, the faster we can help. Please contact us at (253) 858-3400 ext. 1222. The Parks Facilities Manager can update you on everything from construction schedules and bathroom closures to noise limitations and reservation deadlines.
Walk-in customers are always welcome. Our office hours are 9a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you contact us after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call.
