Peninsula Metropolitan Park District Solicitation of Qualifications
PenMet Parks is accepting Statements of Qualifications from consultants for its Professional Services Roster.
Notes: Successful applicants must procure General Liability, Automobile Liability and Professional Liability Insurance for minimum limits of $1 million each per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
Submittal Requirements: A Professional Services Roster Application Form A letter of interest and one set of materials: • Specifying the professional services that your firm desires to provide • Indicating your firms experience relative to its specific area(s) of expertise • Identifying a list of past and present municipal and local government clients • Identifying names and résumé’s of key individuals you might assign to a particular project
Scope: Typical services include but are not limited to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, electronic, soils engineering, landscape architectural, environmental studies, planning, survey, testing and inspection, market research, property appraisal, information technology, grant writing, and other similar consulting services.
Peninsula Metropolitan Park District Notice to Contractors
In accordance with RCW 35.61.135 and as authorized by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Peninsula Metropolitan Park District, PenMet Parks is accepting applications for its Small Works Roster.
This roster may be used to award public works contracts for work in any of the following categories: General Contracting, Building Construction, Concrete Work, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Water Systems, Tele-communications, Masonry, Painting, Paving, Road Construction, Repair and Grading, Clearing/Grubbing, Waterfront or Marina Work, Roofing, Storm Systems, Sewer Systems, Lighting and Illumination Systems and any other public works related contracting.
There is no guarantee of work for the contractors on the roster. Contractors selected from the roster must comply with all PenMet Parks contracting requirements.
The projects PenMet Parks chooses to award pursuant to the Small Works Roster will be estimated to cost $300,000 or less, including the costs of labor, material, equipment, and sales and/or use taxes as applicable. To participate in the Small Works Roster bidding process, contractors must complete the Small Works Roster Application Form and must have a valid Washington State Contractor's License. Accepted applications remain on the roster without expiration. If your firm is already on the roster, you do not need to re-apply unless you wish to update your information.
